Upgrading review is designed for you to get a cheap review of your PC. We will check your PC over and give you a report to tell you what your PC specification is, what can be upgraded with it & give you a full quote that you can go ahead with. As well if you proceed with our quotes/recommendations you will get 25% refund on the review cost, saving you even more!

System Checkup & Cleanup

System Checkup & Cleanup provides you with a total checkover & cleanup of your PC or laptop, it is designed so your PC or laptop is running without any security risks and performance is improved. At the end of the plan we will issue you full recommendations and you will get 5% off the cost of the plan if you take our recommendations. This plan is designed as a precaution to keep the PC or laptop safe.

We currently support Windows 95 / 9x / Me / 2k Pro / XP Home & Pro / Vista

Includes

	Checkup of your current security system on your machine & advice		Clean up of system viruses, adware, spyware, greyware & applications where possible
	Downloading & deploying any latest security critical updates on your PC Deleting redundant data, temporary files and getting the PC in order		Dealing with any issues that relate to the cleaning the PC and/or deploying important updates
	Issueing recommendations & quotes to ensure the PC keeps safe as possible		5% Discount on recommendations

Excludes

Proceeding with any recommendations
Any additional work asked of the engineer onsite
Rebuilding the machine if it is to unstable to clean, charges are not stacked

Note: PC/s or Laptop/s May need to be taken away depending on level of issues. PC Must be in a state that an engineer can access the PC to install software, if this isnt the case, you can choose a PC Rebuild as described below or have the engineer try to resolve the issue at normal direct standard rate

System Rebuilds

System Rebuilds are basically a complete reinstallation of your PC, offering complete backup, reinstallation and getting the PC or laptop back up & running to its optimal performance.

You may do this if your PC has a issue that has become unresolveable (Sometimes we recommend this rather than continuing trying to resolve one after another issues), or you just want to get the PC running at its best performance again. We recommend a rebuild every 6 months at least.

Includes

	PC Pickup (Please have PC ready with all software)		Backing up your important data prior to reinstalling
	Attempting a image of your PC (Current state backed up)		Formatting your disc fully, thus leaving it in a blank state for a rebuild
	Installing latest drivers for devices/latest security and service packs		Reinstalling the operating system (You will need your CDs & Codes)
	Reinstalling any software that you have requested back on Restoring back, data that has been backup		Returning PC Back to you & onsite setup up to 30 Minutes 5% Discount on recommendations
* Price includes 5 pieces of software reinstalled not including the operating system, each additional software package costs £5.00 Exc per item, we do not support specalist software such as sage, will install but cannot get it back up and running to how it was previously.

	All Usernames / Passwords required		Windows OS or restore discs & license codes (Normally stuck to case)
* PC will be taken away for up to 3 working day/s from appointment

Note: If you do not provide clear backup requirements, data may be missed, please ensure you are clear and cover everything you need backed up. If you do not have a license code or restore CDs, we may beable to use the code on the PC / Laptop if assessible, though you may need to purchase a new copy.
