OUR SERVICES - COMPUTER BUILDS / REBUILDS

Over time from when you first started using your computer; it accumulates old IT data such as old shortcuts, programs you never use, temporary files, redundant registry files etc... you may also have the remains of a virus infection you cannot shift or a problem you just cannot resolve.

All this old data can cause PC instability and performance problems and it can be easier to rebuild the computer. We recommend that you get your computer rebuilt every 4-6 months to keep your computer at optimal performance.

What is included in the fixed fee of £60?

This fixed fee covers you for everything that is needed. It covers visiting onsite to pick up your computer & software, backing up all your data; rebuilding the machine with your restore discs or operating system discs, setup your software provided, restoring your data and returning your PC onsite. It also includes resetting up your Internet, emails and printer / scanner onsite.

What does this fixed fee not include?

The price excludes any travel charges or call out fees that may apply. We also do not support any specialist software such as accountant software; it also excludes any additional work that is not related to rebuilding your computer.

How long does the rebuild take?

The rebuild will take from 2 - 3 working days depending on your computer state and your requirements; we aim to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
