I.T Support Remotely Prior to following these instructions, please ensure you are an exisiting client or you have informed us you are setting this up. The remote support client list will be purged from time to time of clients we are unaware of.

1 :- Visit this link to download the LogMeIn software for your PC and save it to your desktop.
2 :- Go to your desktop and launch LogMeIn & on the splash screen click next & agree to the terms.
3 :- Choose a "Typical (recommended)" Installation type and choose next.
4 :- Pick a good description, such as your full name and PC name if you have more than one.
5 :- On the LogMeIn account details page enter email : logmein@asitdirect.co.uk
pass: logmein6666 and choose LogMeIn Free then click next.
6 :- Choose a location for the application to install to. Click next and it will install then complete.
7 :- Thats it, all done! Now this is complete we will be able to connect to this computer remotely.

What now this is complete?

Now you have carried out the above steps; call us to inform us you require remote support.
All we need to do now is obtain a username / password to access the computer, after completion of setup. You can use a current one for the PC or create a new one. After which, we will be able to connect.
