Who can use the Pickup & Return Service?

Our pickup & return service is aimed at both residential & business customers whose busy schedules do not allow for waiting around onsite while the engineer fixes the computer. There are no limitations as to who can use this service.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the IT pickup & return service is dependant on the call out package you choose; however the IT pickup service has no premium and costs no more than a normal support call out.

How do I arrange a pickup of my computer?

Very simply either raise a job online or call us on 0845 644 6728 (local rate) or 01295 258611 and request a call out stating you want to use our IT pickup & return service.

What happens once the job is arranged?

Once you have raised an IT Call out, all we require is a few minutes onsite & a signature from you; you'll get a receipt; we will keep in contact during the repair service and arrange a return of the computer at a convenient time once repaired.
