We implement a no fix - no fee policy to our clients. In its most simplest terms, if the problem you introduce to us is not third party caused & we cannot resolve it; we won't charge you for any labour.

No Hourly Charges:-
We believe in value for money and high customer satisfaction thus we offer all our clients no hourly charges. We charge in 15 minute blocks & from the 2nd block onwards we round to the nearest 15 minutes, thus drastically reducing your business IT support costs.All we charge when onsite is 15 minutes once signed, then the rest are either rounded up or down; many companies will bill you a fixed hourly cost even if they are only there for 1 minute.
Lowest Prices Guaranteed:-
