No Fix - No Fee is hard to come by now when you hire professional IT Services; mainly because computer repair companies do not want to risk losing out on their time and the potential profit; many companies will charge you if they fix it or not; but not with our IT repair services.

When does this service apply?
No fix - no fee service is applied to every job that requires a fix e.g. PC will not turn on. There is nothing you need to do to ensure your job has this service, if the service can be added we add it.
When does this service not apply?
There are times when you cannot benefit from this service; primarily we don't offer this service on jobs that are not resolved due to other peoples faults, e.g. emails are down due to your ISP. General rule of thumb is that if the problem isn't fixable due to other third party causes, then this is not our fault and we charge.
Why offer no fix - no fee?
You wouldn't pay the garage if your car went into to get fixed but they couldn't fix it! We wouldn't want to pay if we hired someone out to fix our PC but they couldn't do it! We stand out from the crowd and want to ensure you are happy and return in the future for your IT services.
