OUR FEATURES - FREE AFTER IT SUPPORT

Free after IT support provides our customers with free IT support after a completed job for a period of time from our team by email, phone and if required onsite without incurring any additional computer support costs, what ever the job covered, if it becomes an issue.

When does this service apply?

Our free after IT support; supports you for 1 whole month from the date of the completed job; this covers the job you initially asked us to do to ensure the fix / work is in place for at least a month.
It applies to all service type work; much like a warranty.

When does this service not apply?

Free after IT support only covers for the work initially carried out. We do not offer such free pc support where for example we recommended certain work and this was not carried out.
It also does not cover where a problem has occurred due to third party causes or caused by our client directly.

Why do we offer such a service?

We believe in value for money, customer satisfaction and believe that 1 month is a good guideline to ensure the pc support work is good. We want you to return as a customer and want to ensure you are totally satisfied with our service.

Companies generally do offer after sales help but not as far as 1 month down the line & do not promote it! Another great reason to work with us for your IT support requirements.
