The packages above are your base guideline for the care plans, these cannot be degraded but can be upgraded to add extra call outs, computers etc. to your home IT support plan.
We also allow our clients on our computer support contracts to degrade their packages. You cannot degrade the base package but you can remove an upgrade you added, if required.
